JEFF NELSEN
PRESIDENT

I have been a member of the LFCA1 community since 1999, and live on the lower lake with my wife Lynnae. I have had my own business since 2002 developing custom software for schools and businesses. My primary goals include efforts to improve communication between the Association and the homeowners, so homeowners can feel they better understand the actions of the board, and the reasons for them.

DAVID GLICK
VICE-PRESIDENT

David Glick has lived in Lake Forest since 1992. He has been a member of the Architectural Committee for the past several years. David has two wonderful children , Jeremy, 26 and Ashley, 24. David has been employed in the mortgage banking field for over 22 years.

JEFF MIYAOKA
TREASURER

I  moved to our wonderful Hidden Lake Community in October 2014 and reside on Islamare Lane with my wife of 27 years, Dorothy.  We moved to the community after residing in Irvine for 14 years.  I have served on several boards over the past 20 years including, United Way of Monterey County, Round Hill Farms HOA, and the Downtown Long Beach Associates.  I have been employed in commercial property management and development for over 27 years.   I am also a California licensed Real Estate Broker.

ANNE BREUER
SECRETARY

My name is Anne Breuer.  I have been a resident for over 14 years.  I retired to Lake Forest after 15 years as a Database Administrator for the Banking Industry.  I want to keep our dues low and improve the quality of services from management.  I am also very interested in updating the clubhouse.

KRISTIN ELDRED
DIRECTOR

My name is Kristin Eldred and I have been a resident of Lake Forest since 1999. I have been a homeowner in the Beach and Tennis community since 2010. I love Lake Forest and feel blessed to have a home in the woods. This is my first time offering myself as a volunteer of a governing body. I have observed the lack of interest in the HOA board positions and decided that, rather than sit on the sidelines and observe, I should get involved. I am happy to give back to my community as well as enjoy the benefits it has to offer. I am currently employed as the Director of Docking at a large Intellectual Property Law office in Irvine. In this role I supervise nearly 50 people. My work experience has honed my ability to work with many different personality types. Finding an acceptable solution for all parties involved is always my goal. I am detail oriented and organized. As a board member here I will serve the varied interests of the different areas that comprise the HOA community with a balanced and measured approach. The good of the community at large will always be my litmus test when making decisions as a board member.
