  • How do I pay my monthly assessment?   (New)
    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Please make payments payable to Lake Forest Community Association, not Elite Property Services.
    2. Please include your full account number.
    3. Please note your property address on the payment.

    SPECIFIC METHODS

    A) If you choose to sign up for ‘Bill-Pay’ with your own bank ; please follow the ‘GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS’ noted above.

    B) If you choose to sign up for our ACH payment draft system (nearly 35% of our members pay with this method):
    1) Download the application from: http://www.elitehoa.com/Forms/EPS_ACH_Form.pdf
    2) Print, complete and return the application and a voided copy of a check to us:
    a) preferably via fax – (877) 569-6132,
    b) or via Mail to: 3843 S. Bristol St.;#475; Santa Ana, CA 92704
    c) or via Email:  ACH@EliteHOA.com 
    • The deadline for activation for the following month is the 15th of the current month.
    •  With this system we will automatically debit your checking account every month; only for a single month’s assessment or less; unless otherwise authorized by you.
    C) If you choose to pay via a regular check ; please follow the ‘GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS’ noted above. 
     
    D) If you choose to pay via credit card or e-Check on-line through our website (less than 1% of our members pay with this method); please access detailed instructions on the following link:  http://www.elitehoa.com/Forms/cci.pdf
     
    We apologize, but we do not accept credit card payments over the phone or PayPal. We do not accept cash in our corporate offices or at any satellite office.
