Classified Ad Posting Information

All Classified Ads must be submitted online or in person at the Lake Forest Community Association. You must be a registered member of the Lake Forest Community Association to place an ad. All ads will be published as is. For a submittal sheet, please click here. Additional information can be located by clicking here.

Bold Type: Only the phone number and the headline will be set in bold type. All other requests will not be honored.

Capitalization: Capitalization will only be permitted as grammatically correct and at the sole discretion of staff.

Phone Numbers: All phone numbers will be placed at the end of the ad.

Cost of Ads: All ads are $3.00 per line (50 characters,) per month. Rates are subject to change. Payment of ad is due upon submittal. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Limitations: Village News ads can only run for a maximum of six months with each submittal. The member is responsible for noting the issue in which their ad expires. The Association will not check for expiration dates of classified ads. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancelled ads.

Errors: Ads will be type set from original copy written or typed by member and all attempts at accuracy will be made. Ads must be printed legibly and words, spacing and numbers written correctly. No changes will be made after submittal of ad.
